Event Participation Waiver & Release of Liability

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By attending any event, workshop, or training hosted by Kingdom Academy School of Ministry, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless: Kingdom Academy School of Ministry, its directors, officers, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation.
3. PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
You agree that:
Participation is at your own risk
You will follow all safety instructions
You are physically and mentally able to participate
4. NO REFUND POLICY
You acknowledge that:
All event purchases are final
No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled attendance
5. MEDIA RELEASE
You grant permission for photos or videos taken during events to be used for:
Marketing
Promotional materials
Social media
6. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for any medical conditions or injuries that may occur.
Participants should seek professional medical advice when necessary.
7. AGREEMENT
By attending or registering for an event, you confirm that you have read and agree to this waiver.

This Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement for Kingdom Academy School of Ministry’s Pray N Paint program outlines the risks associated with participating in painting activities and events.
